Collision is the fastest-growing tech conference in North America. Now in its fifth year, Collision has grown to over 25,000 attendees and is in for a big change in 2019. Following three years in New Orleans, Collision is moving to Toronto, the third-largest tech hub and most diverse city in North America.
At Collision 2018, 42.5% of registered attendees were female. This year, Collision wants to continue its commitment to change and increase gender diversity even further by setting aside 150 tickets for women in tech.
Kara Swisher, Linda Boff, Ann Winblad, Daphne Koller and Kristen Garcia Dumont are just a few of the inspiring women speaking at Collision this year, with many more to be announced.
From design to development, Collision is where developers, coders and creators showcase how they make it all happen. This provides a unique chance for women developers to learn from the best in the industry, with world-class speakers like Brandworthy founder and software developer Elise Worthy and Mina Markham of IBM Design.
Tickets worth $785, but free with this program. Women in tech can apply online to attend Collision for free.
