George Brown College is once again proud to be an official collaboration partner to the Women Entrepreneurship Week 2021 global programming. We celebrate our Women Entrepreneurs every day and WEW gives us a special platform to inspire more to consider and take up entrepreneurship.
2021 is certainly a different kind of year and so all of our offerings this year will be brought to you online. We will be bringing meaningful content that will help women build their businesses and feel inspired. Below are this year’s events. It will be an open session to ask industry or business specific questions, share experiences as a woman entrepreneur, the barriers faced and the strategies and methods used to overcome hurdles. Nesh Pillay is the founder of Press Pillay, a digital communications agency on a social mission. She is also currently the Newcomers Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Toronto Public Library. There, she works with new immigrants to bring their startup ideas to life.
