Venture for Canada’s Fellowship program offers recent post-secondary graduates an amazing opportunity to jump into the world of entrepreneurship. From job search support to dynamic training, VFC will help you develop the entrepreneurial skills you need in order to thrive at a startup, or even build your own business in the long term.
As a VFC Fellow, you will:

We understand that finding full-time work is your first priority. That’s why we provide opportunity for you to connect with hiring startups through our online Job Board and virtual networking events. You’ll be connected to small, high-growth startups from across Canada and hired into your first new-grad job. Don’t worry, you’ll get job search training, one-on-one coaching and more!

We know what startups want in their employees, and our network of entrepreneurs has taught us a thing or two about the skills you need to be an entrepreneur, innovator or hustler. Our entrepreneurial skill-building training is designed so that you develop the tools that you’ll need to succeed in your startup role.

Qualifications
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
- Graduate(d) between Fall 2018 and Spring 2021.
- Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma from a Canadian Post-Secondary OR be a Canadian who has studied abroad.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Be available to begin searching for work as soon as you are accepted to the program.
