The Digital Media and Gaming Incubator at George Brown College is teaming up with the Osgoode Venture Capital (OVC) Clinical Project in order to provide free legal services to local entrepreneurs.
Summary of the OVC Program:
This is a pro bono legal clinic that provides free legal services to local entrepreneurs.
Legal services will be provided by law students at Osgoode Hall Law School who are supervised by lawyers at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.
Following an application process, qualifying founders receive free legal services from September 2018 through to April 2019. Highly-motivated and well-trained Senior Osgoode Hall Law School students work as caseworkers under the supervision of lawyers from Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, Canada’s leading standalone corporate finance law firm. Founders receive advice and services on tasks such as incorporations, corporate structuring/restructuring, drafting agreements, development of financing strategies, and various other tasks associated with early-stage business venture.
