For this month’s Spotlight Entrepreneur – we are proud to introduce – Laura Roppa. Laura is the CEO and Co-Founder of MeLor Inc. – the largest network of childcare professionals in the GTA.

Laura is the proud co-owner of MeLor – an award-winning childcare staffing agency. Laura is a Registered Early Childhood Educator who carries a strong passion for the profession and has worked in various childcare settings bringing forward that passion and knowledge into her business.
Academic Background
Laura graduated from the Early Childhood Educator program at George Brown College in 2009.
What made you want to become an entrepreneur?
I dedicated 10 years to working in my profession, learning all that I could and gaining as much experience as possible. I’ve worked in daycares, camps, schools and even on cruise ships in different countries.
