CUSTOMER VALIDATION
Tuesday, March 30, 2021 – 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Customer validation helps you avoid building a product that no one wants. Talking to your friends, family, industry companions and employees is fine, but they are not thinking as your potential customers do. They have a vested interest in your and your business and want to see it succeed. So naturally, they do think that you have a great product/service. Customer Validation is an essential step in the venture development process. If you do not validate your knowledge, you only push failure off into the future. In this workshop, you will develop a draft process to validate if your assumptions are correct before you spend too much money.
