With the help of Multiplicity, a Toronto-based nonprofit that provides education and mentorship to startups (and co-founded by Clausehound.com CEO Rajah Lehal), INFINITI launched its first North American-based INFINITI LAB in early spring 2017. INFINITI LAB is returning to Toronto for a second year, and again aims to grow companies focused on Internet of Things (IoT) and smart city initiatives.

INFINITI LAB Toronto is a six week accelerator program run by premium automotive brand, INFINITI, together with Multiplicity. The program supports early-stage startups with business validation and by providing the tools to develop a strong business foundation for growth & success.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to secure a spot at the next Global Accelerator based at INFINITI’s headquarters in Hong Kong.

The theme of this program is Smart Cities and IoT and we are looking for startups with an exciting product or service in this vertical.

The Program:
Throughout this 6 week program you will be provided with intensive 1:1 mentorship from INFINITI, Multiplicity and seasoned entrepreneurs who have done it all before. You will also recieve access to external subject matter experts and introductions to quality global investors with a proven track record.

The Program will culminate in a demo day with participating startups pitching to a panel of Canada’s top venture capital firms. You will also have the opportunity to pitch to the Alliance Ventures Capital Fund of $1billion.

Week 6: Pitch coaching and Demo Day Preparation

Participants will be given:
– Access to a collaborative workspace
– A curriculum featuring some of the tech world’s top speakers and one-on-on mentors
– The chance, if selected, to go to Hong Kong for the fourth edition of the program
– An opportunity to pitch and present to Alliance Ventures, a USD1bn fund by Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi
