Dear Social Innovation Hub Supporters,
Come out and support our amazing 20 2018 Hubsters! You are cordially invited to attend the Social Innovation Hub Showcase on Wednesday 11 April in Room 410 A at 200 King St East from 9:30 am – 12 pm. Hubsters will be showcasing their exciting work and ambition to make a social change in the society in which we all live.
Agenda
9:30 am doors open – Refreshments provided.
10:10 a.m. – Opening Remarks – Anne Sado, President, George Brown College will open the event with brief remarks that include the impact the Social Innovation Hub has made at George Brown College.
10:20 a.m. – Hub & Hubster Recognition by Dean Lori Cranson.
10:25 a.m. – Hubster Introductions
10:40 a.m. –Creig Lamb, Senior Policy Advisor, Brookfield Institute will give a brief research overview from his paper on Labour market skills, youth need to have in order to be successful in the midst of technological change.
11:00 a.m. – Guests circulate, connect and interact with the Hubsters. Learn about their initiatives and social enterprises and provide feedback, encouragement and connect them into your network of people who might be able to advance their journey.
